Not all wisdom teeth require removal. Often the jaw is not long enough to allow successful eruption of the wisdom teeth and if that is the case then removal is necessary. Removal can be performed under either local anaesthetic or general anaesthetic.

Hello,
My name is Kelly Mole, in November of 2024 I saw Dr Nick Cliff who wrote a referral to Dr Anthony Crombie suggesting I have wisdom teeth removed. I am wondering if you still have record of that referral and if it still valid? Please advise if I need to get another referral, or if a record transfer needs to be conducted. I would like to make an appointment to discuss options for surgery.
Thank you.
